Investment Plus Variable Annuity by: Robert Eldridge
Thank you for your question.
As a disclosure we do not sell or promote Variable Annuities.
Here are some of the questions I would ask your adviser regarding the Principal's Investment Plus Variable Annuity. These questions may help you figure out if a variable annuity is right for you.
1. What are the M&E expenses? 2. What are the Mutual Fund Fees if any? 3. Life Insurance Fees if any? 4. Death Benefit Fee if any? 5. Rider Fee(s) Income and or Guarantee growth fee(s) 6. Turn over ratio fee (This fee can not be calculated until you purchase the variable annuity).
Remember this is a variable annuity and it does have risk (Thus the name "Variable") and the fees will add up.
